All In Yoga


Apply the principles of yoga to receive numerous therapeutic benefits, alleviate pain and improve mobility. Learn to practice with any mobility restriction due to chronic back pain, injury, neuromuscular disease, or spinal conditions such as lumbar disc problems, scoliosis, or spinal stenosis. Students will experience yoga poses adapted to their specific ability. strength, balance and flexibility can improve through regular practice. All in Yoga is open and accessible to people who encouraged to attend to practice together, learn and assist. This class is for the yoga beginner to learn to practice yoga with individualized modifications.

Wednesdays 2:15 PM – 3:30 pm @ Arlington heights park district at the senior center

Restorative Yoga


Take a break to Restore your mind, body, and spirit through a deeply relaxing class. Restorative yoga has been found to produce measurable changes throughout the body, including Range of motion in the spine and extremities, reductions in blood pressure, lower blood sugar, improved digestion as well as improvements in muscle tension, fatigue, chronic pain and insomnia. Create more opening in your spine through restorative positions designed to move the spine in all directions.

Balance and Strength Yoga


Learn and practice yoga poses to improve balance in your body’s muscular strength, flexibility, spine and joint mobility. Poses will be modified to meet your body’s needs. With regular practice you will be standing and sitting with improved posture, spine alignment and greater ease.

Group Classes


Group classes focus on different yoga positions and breathing exercises to improve mobility, increase the blood flow, improve flexibility, and reduce chronic pain. No prior yoga experience needed. Individualized modifications during group instruction help meet the students specific abilities.
